Sandbourne Asset Management has a long history of investing in equities, with a particular focus on UK smaller companies. The Company was originally founded by David Bruce in 1999 and has run a wide range of investment strategies over the past decades, before converting to a private family office in 2022.

Alastair Bruce now acts as Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer of Sandbourne, investing capital using a high conviction, value-orientated approach. David Bruce acts as Chairman, providing robust challenge and oversight to the investment process. In addition to Alastair and David, Matthew Vaight joined the business in 2023 to act as a Strategic Adviser. Matthew’s role is to provide independent challenge as well as oversee the risk management framework.
